By invitation of the Governor of the Ñuble Region, Óscar Crisóstomo, ChileCarne attended the region’s Foreign Trade Working Group meeting held on July 21. The event is intended as a meeting space for strengthening collaboration between local stakeholders from the public and private sector.
There were presentations from the regional government, the Undersecretariat for International Economic Affairs, and the logistics company Agunsa. The participants also reflected on the challenges of the working table based on the experience of the Biobío Region to reduce existing gaps and eliminate technical barriers throughout the logistics chain that hinder local companies’ competitiveness.
The working group is a regional body led by the governor and created to promote links between public and private entities to boost and facilitate foreign trade.
