As part of its 2023 Decarbonization Plan, Agrosuper commissioned a natural gas boiler at Lo Miranda Feed Plant that replaces the old coal-fired one.
The new boiler is more environmentally friendly, as it reduces greenhouse gas emissions by eliminating the transportation and use of fossil fuels.
Another natural gas boiler will start operations at Lo Miranda in the coming months, eradicating coal-fired operation from all Agrosuper’s facilities.
